At the start of May, 2015, Lupe traveled to Casper, WY for an extended weekend stay with Guille and Cloud. For a Dingo Vacation, the 4 day (including travel time!) trip was pretty short. During her visit to Casper, Lupe renewed her old friendship with Cloud, snuck in some rabbit hunting at the apartment complex, and twice got to go to the Morad Park off-leash dog park down by the North Platte River.
Lupe got out to see the mountains, too! She saw Bridal Veil Falls on Garden Creek, and had a peakbagging success by finding the summit of Casper Mountain – which wasn’t as easy as it may sound. On the road home, she made a fun, but abortive side trip to the Laramie Peak area. (After this scouting trip, Laramie Peak was the first mountain Lupe climbed on her grand summer of 2015 Dingo Vacation to Wyoming, Colorado & Utah.)
Although it was a short Dingo Vacation, Lupe had a fun time in Casper!
