Gone Adventuring!

Lupe is gone!  Gone adventuring, that is!

The Carolina Dog’s summer of 2019 kicked off with two short Dingo Vacations.  Lupe’s first ascent on her late June trip was of North Pumpkin Butte (6,052 ft.), the Campbell County, Wyoming High Point on June 26th.  In late July, she climbed Bighorn Peak (12,324 ft.) along the spine of the Bighorn Mountains, likely to be her loftiest summit for the entire year.

The American Dingo was just getting warmed up in June and July, though.  In early August, she embarked on what’s expected to be her biggest and best Dingo Vacation of 2019!

With any luck at all, Lupe will return home sometime in September after many exciting adventures.  The (Mostly) True Adventures of Lupe will resume publication this fall with tales of North Pumpkin Butte, Bighorn Peak, and lots other fabulous places.  In the meantime, Lupe and SPHP wish everyone many grand adventures of their own.

Happy trails, everyone!

– Love, Lupe
