Jodi Massie<\/strong> on <strong>Old Bald Peak<\/strong>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Curt is a businessman and South Dakota State Representative for House District 33, while Jodi teaches at Meadowbrook Elementary school.\u00a0 On this fine November day, they were working on a personal goal Lupe and SPHP certainly approved of &#8211; to climb the highest 100 Black Hills peaks!<\/p>\n<p>Curt and Jodi had just come from <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Peak<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/peakbagger.com\/peak.aspx?pid=88641\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">6167<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, roughly 0.5 mile S.\u00a0 Old Bald Peak was their 19th summit, and they were thinking about maybe heading over to <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Peak<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/peakbagger.com\/peak.aspx?pid=88642\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">6043<\/span><\/a><\/strong> nearly a mile ESE next.\u00a0 After a pleasant 15 minute conversation with SPHP, and giving Lupe a pat, Curt and Jodie were on their way.<\/p>\n<p><em>Wow!\u00a0 Curt and Jodi had already heard of me, SPHP!\u00a0 Maybe I&#8217;m getting famous?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Undeniably true, Loopster!\u00a0 It&#8217;s taken only 12 years and 11 months to run into someone in our Black Hills home territory aware of your existence.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Don&#8217;t forget about Peter and Meghan Cielenski, SPHP!\u00a0 They recognized me when we got back to camp after climbing <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/adventuresoflupe.com\/?p=31691\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Atlantic Peak<\/strong><\/a><\/span> in the Wind River Range, remember?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>That&#8217;s right, Loop!\u00a0 And meeting them took only 9 years and 9 months, so the pace you&#8217;re being recognized at has tripled, since it isn&#8217;t even quite 3 years and 3 months later yet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Do you suppose I&#8217;ll become rich and famous, SPHP?\u00a0 And when will the rich part start?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Oh, no doubt about it, Looper!\u00a0 Taylor Swift better watch out!\u00a0 And as far as the rich part goes &#8211; by any chance, was it?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>NO!\u00a0 What&#8217;s gotten into you, Lupe?\u00a0 I&#8217;m your Uncle Joe!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Well, I happen to notice you didn&#8217;t send any messages to this Russian while a representative of the South Dakota government was around.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> SPHP, I think it&#8217;s about time we muzzle your Dingo and head back.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>1:49 PM<\/em> &#8211;
