served to create a feeling that something better was hidden beyond what could be seen from here.\u00a0 The big, partly bald summit of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/peakbagger.com\/peak.aspx?pid=34019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Northeast Cicero Peak<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(6,240 ft.)<\/span><\/strong> was higher than anything else, and
